Performing in a shifting landscape can be challenging for EID practitioners. Through Building Together: EID Community of Practice (CoP), Performance Paradigm equips practitioners with effective tools and processes to move from now to next.  

We invite EID practitioners at all levels to  join us on May 26th from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM ET  for our second EID CoP where we will discuss:

  • Organizational culture change in 2021

  • How evidence of effort can impact a culture of belonging

  • R.I.C.H. Dialogues communication framework for practitioners 

  • Identify EID growth opportunities with a focus on equity

  • Addressing systemic racism through systemic equity
