Kristan Bush

Kristan Bush is the founder and President of Performance Paradigm LLC, an executive education, human capital consultancy.

She partners with influential business leaders to prioritize and meet organizational goals as they relate to workforce engagement. Kristan enables client success using strategies and solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, management, development, and workforce training design with a particular emphasis on diversity and inclusion.  She consults with employers across a wide range of industries on the design, development, and implementation of human capital processes to transform organizational and individual mindsets and behaviors. 

As an experiential learning program design and implementation expert, Kristan aligns customer needs and content development in unique ways to enable genuine and sustained change at a personal, team, or organizational level.  Effective leadership and an engaged workforce are outcomes of her highly successful programs when coupled with change management strategies and a focus on results.  International specialization in the areas of diversity and inclusion strategy, high performing teams, workforce engagement, project management, cultural competency, recruitment and retention, and women’s leadership effectiveness programs provide a broad base of experience that her customers have come to rely on to foster their organizational success.   

Kristan graduated from Cabrini College in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resources. She also holds a Masters in Management from the University of South Florida in Leading Sustainable Enterprises.
